CRI - 60 year retrospective cover

I completed this cover art for the Cancer Research Institute's 60-year retrospective book. CRI is the world's only nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to immunotherapy - a scientific breakthrough treatment that harnesses the body's natural ability to destroy cancer cells. This was an extremely important cover for the client and a very complex piece to work on; it has over 50 individual ink block layers. It is also personally important for me as a melanoma survivor.
